Afterworker: Wheelers go flying
As part of Bike Week celebrations and our Afterworker series of rides Wheelers are offering an evening ride this Wednesday 13 June that includes a ride over the river on the Thames cable car (Emirates Air-Line)
We'll be take a leisurely ride mostly off road to the cable car, the Thames Path on the other side and return via the Greenwich foot tunnel. Suitable for all levels as most of the ride is away from traffic.
Meet UNDER the Green Bridge outside Costas, Mile End Park at 6.30pm. Please bring lights.
The cost of the cable car is £4.50 but is reduced is you have an PAYG Oyster card or contactless to £3.50.
Please note: if the cable car is not operating due to weather conditions an alternative ride will be offered

There is no need to register beforehand for a ride unless this is specifically stated, most rides are "turn up and go".

Please note that for train assisted rides we often cannot publish times until about 2 weeks beforehand because of the need to check engineering works. Also sometimes our ride leaders do have to change dates/times/routes at reasonably short notice. Generally this website will be up to date and also details will be sent out to our email groups, but if in doubt contact the ride leader or our rides co-ordinator to check arrangements.
