Wheels for Wellbeing
- Isabelle Clement, Director of Wheels for Wellbeing delivered a presentation outlining the work that the charity does and the importance of considering non-standard cycles when campaigning on cycle infrastructure

AGM
- All members of the current committee stood down and the following people were elected to serve on the committee
- Iain elected as coordinator
- Owen elected as treasurer
- Secretary post currently left vacant
- David elected as chair
- Keith elected as Rides, Events & Workshop coordinator
- Dan, Julie & Alex elected as committee members elected without portfolio
- All attendees wanted to put on record their thanks to Julie for being a great co-coordinator over the last number of years.

Friends of the Earth – Hackney & Tower Hamlets
- The wording for the petition asking for the council to commit to funding phases 3 & 4 of Liveable Streets was agreed.
- We are just awaiting the case study from the carer. Once received Alexandra will send it onto Julie who can circulate amongst the Wheelers committee.
- The aim is to have it up on the council website as soon as possible.

How to continue communicating with Better Streets for Tower Hamlets
- Alternatives to the use of a Google group were debated in order to how best continue communicating with all those involved with Better Streets for Tower Hamlets
- It was decided that we will look to set up a Better Streets for Tower Hamlets WhatsApp group to run alongside the email group.

AOB
- It was suggested that the Tower Hamlets Wheelers logo could be updated.
- Julie is happy to make a start on having a go at updating the logo
