Rides/Events
- Saturday 21st March is the next workshop held at Limehouse Town Hall
- 28th March, Keith is running a stall at Cody Dock Spring Fair
- Keith is looking at organising a ‘Hell of the East Ride’, which would visit the majority of cobbled streets within Tower Hamlets. More details to follow.
- Action Keith to start planning dates for after work rides so that these can be shared/promoted by THW & externally.

Sustrans – Tower Hamlets Bike Life Report
- Action Alex to tweet out highlights of report

East London Lines
- Journalist from East London Lines has reached out as they wish to find out more about how we reach out to people from all backgrounds. Julie is having a telephone interview with them to provide details.

Local Group Forum
- At least two people from THW can attend event on 25th March.
- There is likely to be a focus on the upcoming Mayoral & General Assembly elections.

Canary Wharf/Rotherhithe Crossing
- TfL have announced that a consultation will be out later this year on an enhanced ferry crossing.

Burdett Rd/West India Dock Rd
- There is still a delay in work commencing.
- Action Alex to put out a tweet from THW querying the delay in starting work.

Megan Workshop
- We need to decide upon a date for a wrap up workshop with Megan.
- Action Julie to send out a Doodle Poll

Liveable Streets
- Old Ford West early engagement is currently open. This closes on 29th March.
- Shadwell early engagement has now closed.
- Action Everyone to think of spots in upcoming scheme areas of where would be good to get photos/videos for campaign use.
