1. Workshop
Monthly Workshop, Limehouse Town Hall, 11am-3pm, Saturday. Keith running this month. Tea + Cake.
2. Hackney to Isle of Dogs Cycleway
Stuart + Alex went on a route ride with TfL, Grove Road to edge of Isle of Dogs. Next Steps - Simon M drawing up bullet points, once done share on Social Media, respond to TfL’s pre-consultation engagement.
3. Wapping Bus Gate
Support recommended option. RC to draft response. Stuart observed the cobble could be improvements like at ???, currently poor surface, which impacts everyone walking and cycling, and especially people with disabilities.
4. Civi Training
Alex has done Civi Training with LCC. If you want to be trained, another session on Monday evening, useful to contact members, let Alex know.
5. Victoria Park TfL Cycle Hire Scheme – PA/19/00466/NC
Dan+Lucy, From Friends of Victoria Park FB group, found out there is a proposal to install a Boris Bike dock in Victoria Park, would replace some grass. RC to Forward to TH Group.
6. Bow Liveable Neighbourhood Scheme
Support, but push to treat wider cell.
Owen – Push for closing eastern end of Roman Road where market is 7 days rather than market days only.
Conclusion: Push for treating area as a cell, agnostic as to solution
7. Better Streets Campaign
Madeleine went to a meeting of the Roman Road Trust. Have a few subgroups. One is the Green Lines group. Have some students working on how to make the street better. Volunteered us to be the experts in terms of streets. Market Square – discussion about how this is where kids hang out, intervention should take them into account.
Also, ‘Reclaim the Street’ (in Poplar).
Want an event called ‘Green the Street’. Closing a street for a streetparty etc.
Action – Alex to reply to e-mail copying Simon, Owen in, saying that we would be happy to help.

Simon – Could also use Civi to message all members in Liveable neighbourhood area. Surveymonkey?
