1. Meeting with borough officers
Alex and Julie provided an update on the recent meeting they and David had had with borough officers.
Action: Alex/Julie to circulate draft follow-up email to list for approval.
2. Friends of the Earth Reclaim Streets campaign:
Alex and Julie updated the group on the activities of this campaign and how we might work with them.
3. South Quay Bridge
Alex mentioned that the South Quay Walking and Cycling Bridge consultation was out, and a thread was now on Cyclescape to discuss it.
4. Meeting with Cllr Peck
David's note of his meeting to discuss cycling matters with Cllr Peck was dicussed.
5. Manifesto
We discussed possibilities for a launch event (cafe/workshop) and also options for printing. Terry suggested sources for photos.
Action: Julie to put together manifesto ready for publication, Alex to progress options for launch event.
6. Shadwell / Cable St area walkabout
Julie updated the group on her experience attending the borough-run Shadwell neighbourhood walkabout.
7. Newsletter
We discussed possible items to go to Heike for the next newsletter.
Action: Terry and Alex to send items
